Delete your AntiSlop account

You can delete your account and your data at any time. It takes less than a minute in the app.

In the app

  1. Open AntiSlop on your phone and sign in.
  2. Go to Me.
  3. Choose Your information.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Type DELETE to confirm. The account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email privacy@antislop.no from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my AntiSlop account”. We confirm the request comes from you, delete the account the same way the app does, and reply when it is done – within 30 days at the latest.

Request deletion by email

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in (email, name, password hash and linked Apple or Google sign-ins)
  • Your profile photo
  • Allergies, diet and fasting for you and the family members you added, except in a household you share with others (see below)
  • Households you own where nobody else is a member, with their plan, pantry and shopping list. If you are a member of someone else's household, you are removed from it.
  • Meal plans, shopping lists, recipes you saved or created, and cooking progress, except what goes with a household you share (see below)
  • Check history, watchlist and change alerts
  • Label contributions, including the photos
  • App analysis requests
  • Subscription status and purchase events held by us

What is kept

  • A household you own and share with others stays with the member who joined first (an editor before a view-only member), with the people added without an account and their rules, the pantry, plans, shopping lists and your recipes, so the others can keep using it.
  • An anonymous, hashed proof of erasure without email or barcodes, so we can show the deletion happened.
  • Corrections and support requests you sent, with no link to you (name, content and account removed).
  • Data that only lives on your phone, until you clear the app's data or uninstall it.

Backups: Supabase makes a backup every day and keeps it for 7 days. Deleted data is gone from the backups after 7 days at most.

Subscriptions: deleting your account does not stop payment. Cancel Premium in the App Store or Google Play.
