Terms of use

The agreement between you and Delic Innovation ENK when you use AntiSlop.

Version 1.2 · effective 12 October 2026 · replaces version 1.0 of 29 September 2026

1. Who you have an agreement with

AntiSlop is provided by Delic Innovation ENK (Lazar Delic), a sole proprietorship in Øygarden, Norway.

2. How you accept these terms

After you have made an account, the app asks you to confirm that you are 13 or older and to accept these terms and the privacy policy. We record when you did this and which versions you accepted.

If the terms or the privacy policy change in a way that matters to you, the app asks you to read and accept the new version before you go on using your account. If you do not accept, you can delete the account, or sign out and use AntiSlop without an account.

3. The service

AntiSlop is an information tool. You look up food, cosmetics and mobile apps and get an assessment built on open data sources, regulation and AntiSlop’s published, labelled natural-first preferences.

AntiSlop does not give medical advice, nutrition advice or safety guarantees. AntiSlop is not a medical device and does not diagnose. Assessments do not replace advice from a doctor or other health professional. If you have an allergy, always read the label yourself. The choices you make are yours.

App check does not scan the apps on your phone. It looks up the apps you choose, in public sources.

4. Accuracy

Product and app data comes from third-party sources such as Open Food Facts, Open Beauty Facts, Matvaretabellen, product information that shops, wholesalers and producers publish, store privacy labels and Exodus Privacy. It can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and makers change recipes without notice. We show uncertainty and missing evidence openly, but we cannot guarantee that an assessment is correct or complete. If you spot a mistake, report it in the app (see section 11) or write to support@antislop.no.

5. Your account

  • You must be 13 or older to have an account. If you are under 13, you cannot keep an account; the app then offers to delete it or sign out.
  • Give accurate information and keep your sign-in safe.
  • You can delete your account at any time under Me → Your information.
  • We may close accounts that misuse the service, for example by automated data collection, getting around limits, false or abusive content reports, or attacking the service.

6. Allergies, religious diets and fasting

Allergies, intolerances, skin allergens, religious diets such as halal and kosher, and the Serbian Orthodox fasting calendar say something about health or belief. AntiSlop saves them only after your explicit yes in the app. You can withdraw it under Me → Privacy policy → Your choices, and then they are deleted.

If you enter such rules for a child, you do so as their parent or guardian. If you enter rules for another person, you are responsible for being allowed to.

Allergy notes are a help, not a guarantee. Always read the label.

7. Free and Premium

  • Scanning, product checks, scores, bands and reasons are free for everyone. So is App check.
  • Every new account gets 7 days of everything. After that, planning, the household, checking products against your own allergies and diets, full history and change alerts, among other things, are part of Premium. Nothing you added is deleted.
  • Free accounts keep up to 5 watchlist items and about 7 days of check history.
  • You can join a household you are invited to without paying. Without Premium you can see what the household shares and tick things off the shared shopping list, and you can join a shopping trip someone else started.
  • The app shows what is free and what is Premium before you buy. The score is the same for everyone, paid or free.

8. Subscriptions and payment

  • Premium is bought in the App Store or Google Play, and the store’s payment terms apply. Apple or Google sells the subscription and takes the payment; we never see your card. The price is shown in the store before you buy.
  • The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in the store’s subscription settings. A free trial from the store becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. The store shows the price and date before you confirm.
  • How to cancel: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Premium lasts until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Refunds and the right of withdrawal (angrerett) are handled by Apple or Google under their terms and mandatory consumer law: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through your order history in Google Play.
  • If the app offers a family plan, it is a subscription that gives Premium to the person who buys it and up to five other accounts in their household: the first five to join it. People added without an account of their own need no place. The person who pays cancels it. When it ends, or someone leaves the household, their Premium from the family plan ends. The person who pays sees how many places are used, but nothing beyond what the household already shares.
  • Deleting your AntiSlop account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.

9. Watchlist and push notifications

You can follow products and apps. If you allow notifications, we send a short push notification when something you follow changes. The app asks for permission the first time you follow something. Notifications travel through Expo, Apple and Google, and we cannot promise that every notification arrives, or arrives in time. Changes older than 3 days are not sent as push notifications. You turn notifications off in the phone’s settings.

10. Contributions

If you send label photos or product facts, you give us the right to use them to correct and improve product data in AntiSlop. Only send photos of product labels, not of people. Contributions are checked automatically, and by a person whenever something is unclear, before they are used. Accepted text stays in the catalogue, also if you later delete your account. Photos are deleted after the periods in the privacy policy.

11. Reporting content

Some of what you see in AntiSlop comes from shared sources and from photos and text other people sent in. On every product result you can tap “Report a problem with this information” and tell us about something that is wrong, shows the wrong product or photo, is illegal or offensive, or shows private details. You need to be signed in.

A person looks at every report. If we change or remove something, the result updates. If you send many reports in a short time, the app may ask you to wait. The report is stored with your account, as the privacy policy describes.

12. Rights and licences

AntiSlop’s texts, rules, assessments and software belong to Delic Innovation ENK. Source data has its own licences and is credited in the app under Sources & scoring:

  • Open Food Facts and Open Beauty Facts: ODbL 1.0 for the database, DbCL 1.0 for its contents and CC BY-SA for photos.
  • Matvaretabellen (Norwegian Food Safety Authority): NLOD 2.0, the Norwegian licence for open government data.

You get a personal right to use the app, but you may not scrape, resell or bulk-export the assessments.

13. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent Norwegian law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid for the service in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Norwegian law.

14. Changes

We may change the service and these terms. We tell you about material changes in the app before they take effect, and the app asks you to accept the new version. We record which version you accepted.

15. Governing law and disputes

Norwegian law applies. We always try to resolve disagreements with you directly first. As a consumer you can also get free mediation from the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) and take the case to the Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget), and you can always go to the court where you live.

Privacy is covered in the privacy policy.

New in 1.2: the 13+ age limit is confirmed and recorded; we record which version you accepted and when, and ask again when it changes; consent for allergies, religious diets and fasting; push notifications; reporting wrong or illegal content; the split between free and Premium; the family plan, and what you can do in a household without Premium.
